Troy Davis Homes is a Family Owned and Operated Business.

While majoring in Industrial construction Management at Colorado State University, Troy began working for his father-in-law’s building company. In 1976 Troy built his first home (his own) and discovered he was hooked. He proceeded to sell that home and build another, and another, and another... by 1985 Troy Davis Homes was building over 200 homes a year in Denver Colorado.

Over the years Troy Davis Homes has built thousands homes Winning Numerous
Awards for their building designs and marketing. Troy and Bonnie's
four children all actively participate in the business not only as owners
but also as employees each providing services vital to the successful creation
of every Troy Davis Home.

The Davis sons “Buck”, Ben, and son-in-laws, Josh and Tim work in the
field adding the finishing touches to each new Troy Davis home.
Wife Bonnie and Daughters Heather and Jennifer, work in the office giving
a personal touch each step of the way to ensure everything is done
right. Our Junior Builders (the grandchildren) help keep the job sites clean
by picking up the scraps of lumber. Troy oversees each new home to
guarantee that you receive .“Quality You’ll Appreciate”.
